This allows you to observe wildlife in a unique environment. The park offers a variety of landscapes: mangroves, large coral reefs, ocean and beach with many palm trees, savannah and cotton fields.

On your arrival in Saadani National Park, you will go on a game drive in search of wild animals – including four of the Big Five. Although it is very difficult to spot them because their numbers are small and the animals usually hide. Here you will also find Masai giraffe, waterbuck, wildebeest, dik-diks, baboons, southern green monkeys, diademed monkeys and colobus monkeys. African bush elephants, lions and leopards are a little more shy here. But with a bit of luck, you can spot them too! You can see herds of up to 30 elephants with increased frequency. And several prides of lions are residents of the park, along with leopards, spotted hyenas and black-backed jackals. Day 7 and 8 are at your leisure. You can choose from many activities. To go on a boat safari in Saadani National Park to see hippos, giant crocodiles, a beautiful mangrove kingfisher and flamingos. Or go on a walking safari with an armed ranger. Off the coast is a sandbank that you can visit by boat for snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing and enjoying the tropical surroundings!

Today you can have breakfast at your leisure. Depending on when your return flight departs, you may be able to stay at the lodge today and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before you are taken to the airport.
